Will you be our next Local Growth Officer?

Salary:
£11,161.02 per annum – Band E, Level 3 inclusive of Outer London Weighting (pro rata £32,553, Band E Level 3 inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Location:
Home based within the London Borough of Barnet

Term:
2 Year Fixed-Term Contract

Hours:
12 hours per week (including some evening and weekends)

Holidays:
28 days per annum plus bank holidays

Working as part of the national Growth and Communities Team with a focus on growth for Barnet Scouts, you will support local Scouting to accelerate growth in the District by working with volunteers to open new sections and recruiting volunteers in communities where Scouting doesn’t currently take place.

You will be joining a growing team whose focus is to expand our reach across the UK, including Greater London and East of England Scouts.
