Youth Awards

We want to recognise each and every young person’s achievements in Barnet Borough Scout District, especially those who achieve the top awards in their section.

You can nominate your achievers all year round by completing the form below; this will streamline the administration of logging the awards, logging them as they are achieved.

Our achievers will be recognised annually at an Awards Day and each term certificates will be sent out to top achievers.

Why should I nominate my young people?
More than ever recognition and praise is vital for our young people in Scouting. We want to celebrate and reward young people in each section for their commitment and perseverance to Scouting.

How do I nominate my young people?
It should take no more than a couple of minutes to nominate your young people by completing this form. It will allow them to receive a certificate and also to be recognised as a top achiever!

Please complete one form per level of Award, i.e. one for Chief Scout’s Bronze, one for Chief Scout’s Silver etc.  If you’ve got more than 6 names please complete an additional form(s).

I have more questions, who can I contact?
Please contact Tracey Smith youthawards@barnetscouts.com

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
