We’re recruiting a weekend crew team @ Frith Grange Scout Campsite
Please see this document and share. I cannot give specific answers to how many weekends and the hows or when just yet BUT we will work hard to accommodate all help offers; some people have shift work, some will only be able to do ad-hoc, some will be champing at the bit to do weekends 7 times a month! We’ll be flexible and as accommodating as we can.
Likewise we will try to tailor people’s abilities and strengths to what they do. Some don’t really like young people but love playing with tools. Some are awful with admin but brilliant when encouraging people on activities etc. This is totally for us at Frith and it’s the very beginning of what I hope is an exciting journey.
Please share with all your adults and ESLs can you share with your Units while being aware that under 16s won’t be taken on at first.
