Jubilee Garden Party at Frith

Date: 13th Jun 2022 Author: Andrew Rush

On the afternoon of Thursday 2nd June the District Garden Party was opened. Stalls ranged from scone making and cake selling, to plate smashing and a coconut shy, and of course face painting and crafting. Meanwhile families made the most of the weather to picnic on the field and play football.

Into the evening and winners of the raffle and Town Crier competition were revealed. The event finished with the pipers and then the lighting of the Beacon.
