In days gone by…

I am often in contact with people that were Cubs, Scouts, Senior/Venture Scouts or Leaders during the second half of the 20th century. They frequently want to reminisce and have recently supported a suggestion to properly record their memories.
As a result I have started to make some notes and would like anyone who thinks that they can contribute to contact me. Whether its about your old Group, their Leaders, special events or camps I’d be pleased to hear from you. For example:
- What do you remember about ‘Jumbo’ Davis and the District Team?
- Did you do one of the hikes provided by Wilf Hewitt?
- Were you a badge tester?
I’m interested to hear all your stories and happy to receive copies of any relevant photographs.
