- Kayak

Kit list for the day (recommended):
- Soft shoes or old trainers
- Trousers/shorts
- Thin cotton tops – T-shirts, thin tops, etc
- Warm hat
- Baseball cap
- Towel/shower gel/soap
- If the weather is warm bring sun lotion
- Long hair must be tied back
