Beavers’ Sleepover

This event is aimed at smaller Colonies who don’t have the opportunity to Sleepover.

Colonies are invited to bring along 4 of their eldest Beavers, giving preference to those that haven’t been on a Sleepover before.

This year all the Beavers will be sleeping in the Lodge.

There is space for 6 Colonies.

Please let me know as soon as possible:

a. If you will or will not be able to join us.
b. Number of leaders and their gender (we have to sort out adult accommodation as well).

The cost will be £25.00 per Beaver. This includes food, accommodation (subsidised by the District as it is a District event) equipment and badges.

The Beavers arrive at midday on the Saturday and leave at 11.00am on Sunday.

I would suggest that you send the letters out to your 4 parents as soon as possible. This will give you time if your first 4 are unable to attend and you have to send out more letters.
