Assessed DofE Expedition

Our DofE Practice Expeditions will take place between Friday 17th and Monday 20th July in the Chilterns, giving participants the chance to build confidence, navigation skills and teamwork in a supportive environment before assessment. Later in the summer, Assessed Expeditions will run between Friday 28th and Monday 31st August in Exmoor, offering a challenging and memorable adventure in one of the UK’s most beautiful national parks.

Expedition lengths follow the DofE framework: Bronze – 2 days / 1 night, Silver – 3 days / 2 nights, and Gold – 4 days / 3 nights. These expeditions are a highlight of the DofE journey and a brilliant opportunity for young people to test themselves, work as a team and enjoy real adventure.
