Minibuses for hire

Click here to download a spreadsheet of information about Scout minibuses that you might be able to hire.

Errors and omissions excepted.  While every effort is made to keep this up to date, please check with the Group/District from whom you are hiring for their latest rates and terms & conditions. We don’t accept any responsibility.

Don’t forget that you will need a Section 19 Minibus permit for each vehicle that you hire.  HQ will issue a permit for you at a cost of £10 per permit. See https://www.scouts.org.uk/volunteers/running-your-section/programme-guidance/administration-and-management/section-19-minibus-permits/ for details.

With thanks to Jack Ball of the 1st & 3rd New Barnet for putting this together.
