Hi everybody

By now you should all have heard our plea that you support our own District Badge Shop (Judy Turner) for the sourcing of your badges, rather than diverting profits to alternative outside sources.  The prices you pay will be the same but without a minimum order value for free postage or maybe having always to pay postage with some suppliers.  The profit margin isn’t vast but as it’s available it may as well be for the benefit of Barnet Scouting!

Turnaround of orders is usually extremely quick and collection from Judy is often available within 24 hours. The hand delivery feature at numerous meetings is a well known service!

If you haven’t used Judy before you will need to provide her with the details of the Group/Unit Treasurer so that an account may be opened.  Payment is not required at the time of ordering – an invoice will be sent at month end by Judy.

To make it even easier for you – orders may be placed online.

Use this link to place your order.  An easy to use form – mostly free format.  Please use a new form for each Section’s requirements to avoid any confusion (many badges have the same name in more than one section!)

If you haven’t already done so, you will have to register with the website.

We would suggest that every Group/Unit agrees beforehand who can order on their behalf as this isn’t supposed to be a free for all system.
